Honestly the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. Amazing hospitality. The rooms were beautiful and very clean! Sr. Lupe was very friendly and did an amazing job setting up the Lunada. We will definitely be coming back next year.
Great place to stay. The rooms all have an incredible view. The staff-Ramona and Lupe are fantastic resources and very helpful. Rooms are very modern with all the usual hotel accommodations you find in a Mexican Hotel but with more; a cooktop, microwave, sink and refrigerator, basically a whole mini kitchen.

Best place in Real de CatorceZ Staff is incredible. They are honest, they helped me to return my camera that I forgot in the room. Location is great, and they do a warming welcome to your room, they provide password for the entrance and room door. Wifi works well and you have all you need in the room!
We had a wonderful stay. The service here is impecable. We had my elderly mother in law with us and they asked us before-hand if we had anyone in our party with the inability to walk and that’s something we were worried about for her. After I notified them of her not being able to walk much when we arrived they were kind enough to upgrade us to the 2 BR house since it was on the first floor at no additional cost. The room was awesome and spacious. There were plates, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils and pans. There is no central AC nor heat but they do have an electric heater which worked fine for the rooms sine it was cold when we visited but the living room was cold. I’m not sure during hot months how they keep the rooms cool. It’s a small town so all the hotels are basically right in downtown area. This hotel was easy to get to since we noticed there were hotels higher up and there are some steep roads here so do your research when looking for a hotel. Also something to know is aside from the 2BR house room all the rooms require walking up a steep driveway and some also stairs. Something else to keep in mind for anyone in your party that may have difficulty walking. The house is a great room thought and they’re still adding more rooms and even a bar in the future. We also didn’t want to drive our vehicle up to the Temple which is where the attractions are so the employee Lupe was kind enough to take us and bring us back and asked us to give him anything we wanted to for the ride. He was awesome and super nice! We plan on going back here and now that we know how the ride up there is and a lay of the land we will def book here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
The room was very clean and had everything needed. The hosts were very hospitable and helpfull from the point of booking untill check-out. All in all recommandable.
